Blog Entry Dated Apr 18 2007. Bryan Kocis didn't register as a sex
offender when he was caught having sex with a 15 year old boy by the
police because Kocis' Guilty Plea was RETRO-ACTIVELY CHANGED to a plea
that did not require registration as a sex offender. The Plea was changed
retroactively by none other than Michael Conahan, the Former Judge at the
center of "The Luzerne County Kids For Cash Scandal". Conahan would go on
to admit to operating the Luzerne County Court LIKE A RACKETEERING
ENTERPRISE.
